In August 2017, the WARR Hyperloop from the University of Munich won the competition by reaching a top speed of 324 km / h (201 mph) and breaking 310 km / h on the Hyperloop models set by Hyperloop One on their test route .

In July 2018, the WARR Hyperloop team of Munich Technical University of Munich set its own record of 457 km / h (284 mph).
In August 2019, a team from the Technical University of Munich, now known as TUM Hyperloop, again won the competition and beat their record with a top speed of 463 km / h (288 mph)
